This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms of Service.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery Times = Handling time + Transit time
- Handling Time: This is the short period it takes for us to prepare your order for its journey lovingly.
- Transit Time: This is the time the carrier needs to deliver your order to your doorstep after it has left our fulfillment center. Think of it as your clothing’s adventure time!
Your order will be processed when your payment is authorized and verified. The handling time may take between 1 and 7 business days, which depends on the product you purchase.
Your parcel will be shipped out after the handling process is completed. It usually takes a few days to arrive at your door.

P.O. Box and Military APO/FPO Shipping
We also ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses, which typically take 40-45 days to be delivered. We CANNOT update the shipping information after your package has entered the army area due to security reasons.

How Can I Track My Order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 3 – 5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If your Order with Standard shipping is still shipping 9 business days after the shipping date. Please contact our support team for further assistance.
Order in queue
After your payment has been posted, your order will go into a waiting queue for 12 hours before being sent to fulfillment. During these 12 hours, you can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order.
Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
Fulfillers ship only to single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.
Shipping country restrictions
We currently accept orders worldwide, except for the Middle East, Russia, and Ukraine. Unfortunately, orders from these regions cannot be processed.
Customs rules
Since all items are manufactured, printed, and shipped in the United States, the price shown on the website will be the final price, and you will not be subject to tax. For more information or specific queries please contact our support team.
– Shipping can be speeded up by:
+ Complete and valid payment information (order by direct debit, credit card)
+ Providing exact shipping addresses.
+ We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender.
– If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
